Caroline’s Dairy is part of Chalder Farm in Sidlesham, south of Chichester, West Sussex.

Making ice cream was a dream of mine and it took seven years for it to become a reality. In 2007 I persuaded my husband Chris that it was the right time to start as both our boys would be in full time school the following year. We converted part of the old dairy buildings into a food safe production area, the machinery was installed and we started to experiment - that was fun! Since then - well, it's been a very busy, but rewarding time...
